It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our sister, friend, and colleague, Natalie Archie.

Natalie was far more than a coworker to us at Growing Home, she was a beloved friend whose presence touched every corner of our organization.

Natalie was a patient teacher, always willing to share her gift for numbers with anyone eager to learn. She approached her work with generosity, curiosity, and a deep commitment to growth. A true trailblazer, she constantly sought new opportunities to expand her knowledge and uplift those around her.

Beyond her professional brilliance, Natalie was a devoted mother to two beautiful children, a son and a daughter, who were the center of her world. Her love for them was evident in everything she did.

To say she will be missed is an understatement. We will miss her delicate laugh, her warm and unforgettable hugs, and the light she brought into every room. Though we no longer have the gift of her presence, we hold close this moment captured in her photo, a reminder of her beauty, her spirit, and the joy she shared so freely.
